We’re not just training the next generation of computer scientists but future CEOs, politicians, artists, and scientific innovators.

Our Programs

Students participate in one-on-one coding lessons and mentorship with top computer scientists. Using video chat and our collaborative editing platform, students develop essential coding skills in a risk-free environment. After mastering the fundamentals, students- based on their interests - delve into specialized fields rarely taught to K - 12 students,including Artificial Intelligence, FinTech, and Cyber Security.

Summer Program

One-on-one lessons with your own personal instructor via our video chat platform. Connecting you to the best without having to leave your home. Each lesson is one hour long. The day and time will be determined by the student and instructor.

Summer 2019 Program Options:

10 weeks

  • 1 or 2 lessons per week

2-week Intensive

  • 1 lesson a day, 5 days a week for 2 consecutive weeks

Accelerator Program

  • 10 weeks - 2 lessons per week
  • Priority Matching
  • 2 meetings with Industry Professionals at Top Tech Companies
  • 1 Specialty Workshop - in fields from AI, Web Development & more!

Academic Year Program

One-on-one lessons with your own personal instructor via our video chat platform. Connecting you to the best without having to leave your home. Program runs from late September to early May. Each lesson is one hour long. The day and time will be determined by the student and instructor.

Academic Year Program Options:

StartUp (Fall or Spring)

  • 10 one-on-one, weekly lessons
  • Fall semester: Late September - early December
  • Spring semester: January - late April

StartUp (Full Year)

  • 24 one-on-one, weekly lessons
  • Late September - early May

Incubator

  • 25 one-on-one, weekly lessons
  • Priority instructor matching
  • 2 sessions with industry professionals
  • 2 master workshops in specialized tech paths

Accelerator

  • 30 one-on-one lessons
  • Guaranteed instructor pairing with a software engineer
  • 3 sessions with industry professionals (i.e. SpaceX)
  • 2 master workshops in specialized tech paths
  • 3 college advising sessions from our founder (Ivy League graduate; masters degree, University of Cambridge; 2 international fellowships; $500,000+ in scholarships)

There are already so many barriers to learning how to code -- money should not be one of them. At codeConnects we’re dedicated to ensuring all students have access to coding education. For students with financial need, please apply for financial assistance on the registration form.

Components of
the Program

Weekly Lessons

Your student is matched with a professional software engineer or university student majoring in computer science. The pair meet for weekly, face-to-face coding lessons via video chat and collaborative editing tools. With lessons integrating collaborative editing tools, students also learn to navigate sophisticated software environments used by industry professionals.

Industry Professionals Mentorship

Throughout the year, your child is inspired by meeting with professional software engineers working in fields across the board from healthcare to finance; aerospace to architecture. Students will gain an inside peek of what it’s like to work at companies like JPL, Xbox, Spotify, Goldman Sachs, Spectrum Health and more. In addition, they’ll get tips on college and career paths and gain invaluable resources and contacts for their futures.

Specialty Workshops

Get a taste of building a mini mobile app, deciphering cybersecurity code or creating a musical composition simply by writing lines of code. Our workshops are designed to excite your child with all the vast ways code is used and also help them explore areas they may want to pursue further.
