Earn school credit while taking our courses. The Coding School (TCS) is the only supplemental coding program in which your child has the opportunity to earn transcript credit at their school. TCS is fully accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges
Our programs are designed to ensure coding education is accessible and empowering for all types of students. We offer year-round program options to match students’ unique needs: one-on-one lessons, small groups, and virtual summer camps. All programs take place online.
Students are matched with their own personal instructor, based on similar interests and demographics. They meet daily or weekly based on the program selected. One-on-one lessons allow students to learn at their own pace, personalize the curriculum to match students’ needs and interests, and forge lifelong relationships and mentorship with their instructors.
We believe it is critical for students to develop a strong
foundational basis in Computer Science before delving into
specialized fields. Thus, all students begin with our
Fundamentals of Computer Science course, which is taught in
either in Python or Java. After students master the basic
coding principles and concepts, they delve into a
specialized curriculum track that best matches their
interests, such as AI, Data Science, or Mobile App Building.

Two or more students are matched with their own instructor for
semi-private lessons. Along with personal learning, the
students learn the fine art of collaboration while building
their projects which is at the heart of all professional
software engineers' roles.
All one-on-one program options are available for the Code-with-Friends program with a 30% additional fee. Prices below are per student.
